Uniplex Corporation, celebrating its 30th anniversary, has always been a family owned and operated business and is now in its second generation.

In 1988, we were asked by our soon-to-be largest customer to solve a complex manufacturing and assembly problem that was creating a bottleneck in their production of water purification equipment. We solved the problem and continue to provide these manufacturing and assembly services to the world-wide leader in the design and sale of municipal water purification installations.

As we continually improved the manufacturing and assembly processes, we recognized that a special type of collaboration had evolved between us that provided our customer with all the advantages of its own in-house division but none of the headaches.

The operative principle that has guided us has been: Every major decision must be good for both parties or, in the long run, it will be good for neither.
