ENGINEERING AND PRODUCTION

The measure of efficiency. Until Uniplex addressed the problem of automating the assembly of configurations of pvc components for water purification installations, no one had yet solved it. When we implemented the initial automated process line, we employed 9 assemblers. Today, with the same number of employees, we produce seven times the original production.

To complement our computer aided manufacturing, we are now introducing robotics and vibration welding, both of which will allow us to achieve even greater levels of efficiency. These new technologies will be employed in a wide range of projects not limited to pvc assembly.

Quality. Our quality control program allows us to keep errors at an extremely low level. However, we are never satisfied with anything other than "zero errors" and we are committed to continuous improvements in quality. We adopt the approach that quality must be built in and not inspected in.

We invest in your business. By concentrating our capital investments on each customer’s specific needs, we eliminate the overhead—and increased prices—that result from having to pay for unnecessary and idle equipment and machinery. We remain open to a variety of approaches: you might wish to own the proprietary machinery we develop, you might ask that we own the machinery, or together we might work out a plan for joint investment and ownership.
