ADDITIONAL CASE STUDIES
In addition to our current primary focus on manufacturing for the
water pollution control industry, we have been engaged in other
interesting and challenging projects.
These examples indicate the range of our interests and capabilities.
Valve and Actuator Couplers. In response to
an identified industry need, we invented a proprietary coupling
system (patent pending) that eliminates the need to carry a large
variety of coupler types and sizes. The coupler is the first of
a line of related products. Initial sales and customer response

Pond Aeration and Fountains. One well known manufacturer
of aeration equipment asked us to address a variety of design and
assembly problems. We have redesigned the attachmentfeatures of
existing fountain nozzles and are developing an entirely new state
of the art nozzle assembly for the next generation of aeration fountains.

Confectionary mold boards. A leading southeast Wisconsin
candy manufacturer needed low cost, reliable equipment to contain
the various molds used in the production of candy. Our "mold
boards" are manufactured to precise specifications and have
been in use for the past decade. In order to provide the highest
levels of consumer protection, we exceed ordinary specifications
and, at our expense, use only very high grade magnetic stainless
steel. In event of damage to the mold board during its use, any
fragments of stainless steel can be found easily by our customer’s

Soil Sampling Tubes. When approached by a large construction
and environmental engineering firm dissatisfied with the cost of
disposable sampling tubes, we were able to provide a low cost alternative.
By designing a very low cost production method for flaring the tubes,
we saved our customer thousands of dollars per year. Our Uni-tube
has functioned perfectly in existing soil sampling (core drilling)
equipment supplied by the leading manufacturer. To request more info
