Myles Hopper, President

As President of Uniplex, Myles has primary responsibility for managing daily operations and coordinating strategic planning. His years of "hands on" business management, formal studies, university-level teaching and research, consultations and community volunteer service give him a unique perspective and set of skills relevant to a wide variety of complex organizational challenges.

He and his partner Gerald Smiltneek coordinate the introduction of changes in production machinery and assembly processes with the required changes in individual and team behavior so the technology will be utilized as planned. He works closely with the production manager on continuous improvements in quality and to makes sure that employees receive proper training, study and learning opportunities. Myles also coordinates the team conducting the company’s continous evaluation of new product ideas and their market potential.
