Gerald Smiltneek, CEO

Gerald Smiltneek has spent twenty years in machinery design and maintenance and in the management of complex process manufacturing. He is recognized for his expertise in designing low cost and high efficiency process lines as well as innovative low cost automation.

In addition to broad production and management expertise, Jerry is highly skilled in the use of a wide variety of machine shop and metal fabricating machinery and equipment. He has worked extensively in every area of production and business operations. In addition to participating in daily management responsibilities with his partner Myles Hopper, he concentrates on Research and Development, including design and production of prototypes. He heads one of our most important current projects for introducing robotics, vibration welding and other new machinery into an existing process lines.
